Hi, I’m Claire!

I completed a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the UBC School of Audiology and Speech Sciences in 2018, and completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at UBC in Linguistics (2016).

I am passionate about working with youth of all ages, from toddlers to teens. I am proud to provide assessment, consultation, and therapy services that are inclusive, client & family-centered, and evidence-based.

I provide adult SLP services for accent coaching, vocal hygiene & voice coaching, functional voice disorders, and articulation challenges.

I have clinical experience and education in the areas of expressive and receptive language, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, Autism, language-based literacy challenges, fluency disorders, social communication, vocal hygiene and coaching, accent coaching, communication strategies and supports for neurodiverse teens & young adults entering post-secondary/workforce/recreational activities, and executive function strategies & supports.

I continue to develop knowledge and skills in continuing education courses such as The Hanen Centre More Than Words® program, and Introduction to PROMPT (PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets).

I’m certified in Speech-Language Pathology by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and am a registrant of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHBC).

With over 10 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals in a variety of positions, I strongly believe in the importance of delivering services that are neurodiversity-affirming. I strive to support clients in using their strengths to reach their full potential! I am a full RASP member, listed on the Registry of Autism Service Providers.
